The Business Model
  • The partner will develop the business in the territory by creating leads, running the call center and the trading rooms, and building long term relationships with consumers.
  • BDB will help to implement the business model, will provide some of the leads, as well as the technology and the trading platform, and will manage all the financial transactions and funds transfers
  • BDB and the partner will create a mutually beneficial business plan for the territor.
  • The partner will receive an agreed percentage commission of all net sales from customers recruited by BDB’s leads, and a higher agreed percentage commission of all net sales from customers recruited by the partner’s own leads.
Partner’s Responsibilities
  • Generate customer leads from the territory
  • Build a call center equipped to sell the products
  • Recruit, train, and maintain the organization to run the call center, including first time deposits, continued support of trading activity, and customer service
  • Run and maintain the website for the territory
  • Take responsibility for all costs and expenditures incurred in connection with the establishment and administration of this enterprise
  • Maintain adequate working capital, facilities and personnel as required to accomplish this purpose
  • Comply with the operating standards and reporting requirements of BDB

 

Banc De Binary’s Responsibilities
  • License the partner to use its brands, trademarks, and EU license where applicable
  • Support with planning, set-up, training, and ongoing assistance
  • Support in building the website for the territory
  • Provide the partner with customer leads from the territory
  • Provide technology and software for the call center, including the trading platform and CRM system
  • Manage all the financial transactions and funds transfers with customers, including deposits, the maintaining of funds in segregated accounts, and withdrawals
